RULES
1. Only eat when people are around.
2. Fill up on tea, water, and other 0 calorie drinks throughout the day.
3. Chew gum.
4. Hit your stomach when you have hunger pangs.
5. Take your vitamins.
6. Weigh yourself when possible, but no more than once a day.
7. When eating meals with other people, especially family, talk a lot if possible. Cut up your food. Take small bites. Set your utensil down after each bite and drink some water.
8. Take only the food you plan on eating, and don’t allow seconds.
9. Drink some water mixed with a shot of apple cider vinegar and the juice of 1 lemon before meals to curb your appetite.
10. Don’t eat anything bigger than your fist.
11. Listen to music while exercising.
12. Exercise every day, even a little.
13. Order off of the appetizer menu at restaurants.
14. Instead of eating when you’re bored, look at thinspo online.
15. Don’t go over 1000 calories in one day. That’s disgusting.
